Literature
Perplexed by profound emotion
Haunted precipice,
Once trembling beneath a waterfall meant
To drown, to overwhelm
Against all odds.
To leave sickly images of something once brilliant.
Cold now to the touch of polite fingers
And pitied smiles, offering the visage
But not the sentiment.
A doll's get,
treasured for years,
delicately worn with care and desire.
Ultimately forgotten and
Ravaged by years.
Hence glassy eyes and
Pallid complexion.
Dismal disaster, that.

Literature
Again with the Random Poem
Puckered lips drip disdain, painted red, moist with covetousness.
Fickle trickle of perspiration to rest between breasts, glistening
Before ultimately dribbling deeper, leaving a lingering trail.
A heave of the chest, causing the rope to tighten, to squeeze, to
Brush bruised flesh forward, trembling with the ache of need.
Quivering, shivering, starving
For the twinge of compliance; to feed, to take, to indulge.

Browsing CD's today for an artist I couldn't quite remember but decided to search for anyway, I found a random CD instead from a band I've never heard of, loved the cover art, flipped it over, and saw track nine: Amanda's Dream.
It was meant to be.
